I'm headed off to Arrowmont School of Crafts to take a workshop with Heather Mae Erikson on plaster prototyping and mold making.  SCAD (the university that I teach at) has generously given me the money to take the workshop and then develop a body of work from what I learn.  I am looking forward to the next week and what I will learn.  On the way there I will be stopping in Roswell Georgia to set up the next iteration of the Savannah Clay show at Roswell Arts Center West.  If you're in the Atalanta area this summer you should go check out the show.  I am going to try to be good about blogging about this trip and project this summer.
